Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within seven business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) where possible. As most of our items are hand made, sometimes there can be a delay waiting for artists on high demand items. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

●      Standard Shipping – Delivery typically takes 7 - 10 business days.

●      Express Shipping – Delivery typically takes 2 - 5 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

Local Pickup

If you're located near shop 13/118 Griffith Street Coolangatta Queensland 4225, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number from Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. However, if you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Please choose carefully as we have a non return policy. If you don't like the item when you receive it, please advise us within 3 days of receiving the items and we will gladly exchange the item. 

All we request  is that you cover the cost of returning the goods to us and send them back in the same original condition they were sent to you. We will then work with you to find a suitable replacement or provide you with a store credit.
