Sophia Eurell

Is a 17 years old traditional custodian of the Yugambeh region and is strongly entrenched in my mob and culture. Sophia has been a leading member of the Yugambeh youth choir since the age of 8 where they perform songs in language. Sophia sings publicly for many companies, performing Welcome to country. Sophia attended Keebra Park high school on the gold coast where she was the school Vice-captain as well as Indigenous school captain. Sophia graduated year 12 as top student in English, law and geography and was Indigenous student of the year, Student of the year and Valedictorian.

Sophia is enrolled to attend University of Queensland university to study criminal law. Sophia will put herself through university by working at the Preston Campbell café at Dreamworld as a trainer to teach our next generation of indigenous youth.
