We work directly with Aboriginal artists, creators, suppliers and makers, ensuring they are properly credited, fairly compensated and acknowledged for their cultural knowledge and craftsmanship.

For example, our aged ironwood clap stick are handcrafted by Aboriginal artist Djurr Pun Muninggurr, a palawa man living in the Northern Territory. These clap sticks are made from ironwood timber aged since 1975, collected just after Cyclone Tracy. This careful sourcing and preservation of timber honours both history and sustainability while ensuring the artist’s story remains central to the piece.

Similarly, our Sunrise hardwood boomerangs featuring kangaroo and goanna designs are hand painted by Suzi Gaughan. Each boomerang is individually painted, meaning no two pieces are identical. By working directly with artists, we ensure that cultural designs remain authentic and respectfully represented.

Ethical sourcing also means using materials that are responsibly obtained and environmentally conscious.

Our emu feather dance sticks are handmade by our founder, Erica Eurell, are created using locally sourced materials. The emu feathers and timber components are selected with care, ensuring that natural resources are respected and not exploited. This reflects a deep connection to Country and a commitment to sustainability.

Our hand painted killer boomerang is crafted from natural gidyea timber, a native hardwood known for its strength and durability. After being carefully shaped and hand painted, it is finished with varnish to protect the artwork and extend its lifespan. This thoughtful finishing process ensures longevity, reducing waste and preserving the integrity of the piece.
