Kumi Bulbee tells the story of our grandmother’s responsibility to the tribe. Our grandmothers hold the responsibility to nourish our jarjum (children) to teach them our lore and ways of doing and being. Our Kumi ensure that everyone know where the hold responsibility to maintain
harmony and respect for our Jagun, they teach us the importance of unyah jagun and how to take care of Unyah Jagun. They teach us about our ceremony and traditions, it’s the
responsibility of our Kumi to take care of our maibin from inside the tribe to expand and teach many knowledges as well as our stories and importance of keeping our dreaming alive.
