Swell festival 2022 come see our artist work

Dreamtime artistry is thrilled to be able to announce that 2 of our resident artists shall be part of two serperate sulpture present ations at this years Swell festival at Currumbin on the 9th to the 18th of September .

Our young artist, Isabella Eurell will be working with Libby Hayward and DIgiYouth Arts to present

JARA

Pronounced juh-rah, meaning Mother Earth in Yugambeh language. This gentle sculpture, presented by Digi Youth Arts is a collaboration between 5 young women, traditional owners of the salt water country it stands on. It is a gift of remembering and honouring Mothers, Aunties and Grandmother ancestors, created in the strength of their ongoing stories. These 5 young custodians invite you to enter the sculpture and connect to their country.

Erica has helped with others to produce a Weaving sculpture  at Swell and also  will be helping present a master class on Indigenous weaving onSun 11 th sept
